With the spiritual scientific approach to food quality, including the four-folded human being, as presented in the Agriculture Course, the biodynamic movement has a major challenge in developing both concepts and methods, which can reflect both the spiritual background, as well as serving as documentation to the surrounding society. In the presentation the focus lies on the dynamic connection between the protein and the agricultural individuality, and on the concept of vitality as a cornerstone of food quality.
