How can we work consciously with the archangel of an organisation and strengthen the relationship? Over two years a research team from the Biodynamic Association (BDA) and Ruskin Mill Trust (RMT) have worked with a fourfold Genius Loci process (Goethean Research) to understand the history and development of the Being of Biodynamics in the UK, a Being present since our founding in 1928. Simon Reakes and Gabriel Kaye will share the process, methodology, observations and aspects of this work.
